Terms of Sale

These terms govern the sale of goods through this website by Purple T, a trading name of Innovate Transform Sustain Ltd, registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Ordering

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and payment is taken.
  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the final price payable. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
  • We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable); if we do, we will refund any payment taken in full.

    • Payment

    Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. We do not store your card details.

    Delivery

  • We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We aim to dispatch promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

    • Cancellation and returns

    Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. See our Refund and Returns Policy for how to cancel or return an order.

    Faulty goods

    If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

    Our liability

    Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

    Governing law

    These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
