Refund and Returns Policy

This policy explains your right to cancel and return orders bought from Purple T (a trading name of Innovate Transform Sustain Ltd). It sits alongside your statutory rights and does not replace them.

Your right to cancel (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To cancel, contact us using the form on this website and tell us you wish to cancel.

Returning the goods

  • After telling us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or were sent in error.
  • Please return goods unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. You are entitled to inspect goods as you would in a shop; we may reduce a refund to reflect any handling beyond that.
  • Refunds

  • We will refund the price you paid for the returned goods, plus the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of you providing proof of return, whichever is sooner).
  • Refunds are made to your original payment method via Stripe.
  • If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard, we refund only the standard delivery cost.
  • Faulty or incorrect goods

    If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund including return postage, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
